Embedded Electronics Engineer
We are looking for a Senior Embedded Electronics Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in embedded hardware, firmware development, PCB debugging, microcontroller-based product development, and electronics system integration. The candidate will be responsible for developing embedded electronics products from concept to prototype and production. The role requires strong practical knowledge of microcontrollers, embedded C/C++, communication protocols, PCB debugging, schematic review, component selection, and hardware-firmware integration. The candidate should be able to independently handle embedded electronics projects, debug real hardware issues, coordinate with PCB designers and production teams, and support product validation and manufacturing. Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and debug embedded electronics products. Work on microcontroller-based systems using STM32, ESP32, ARM Cortex-M, AVR, PIC, or similar platforms. Develop and debug embedded firmware using Embedded C/C++. Work with communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, RS485, CAN, USB, Ethernet, and Modbus. Perform schematic review, PCB layout review, hardware bring-up, and board-level debugging. Select suitable electronic components including microcontrollers, sensors, power ICs, regulators, MOSFETs, drivers, communication ICs, display interfaces, and protection components. Debug hardware and firmware issues using oscilloscope, logic analyzer, multimeter, bench power supply, and function generator. Work on HMI products, smart display modules, control panels, industrial electronics, and sensor-based systems. Coordinate with PCB design, mechanical design, software, purchase, vendor, and production teams. Prepare technical documentation, BOM, test reports, validation reports, and production support documents. Support prototype testing, product validation, reliability improvement, and production troubleshooting. Guide junior engineers and review technical work when required.

Field Application Engineer
This is a specialist role with an opportunity to build deep expertise in TFT LCDs, CTP/RTP touch panels, display interfaces, display controllers, embedded firmware, UART/RS232/RS485, SPI, I²C, RGB, MIPI and HDMI-based display solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Application Engineering Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable TFT display, touch panel and embedded display solutions based on application, environment, size, resolution, brightness, interface and cost requirements. Work directly with customers' hardware and firmware teams during product development, sample evaluation, integration and troubleshooting. Support customers in selecting the right display, touch technology, controller and interface for their application. Conduct technical discussions, product demonstrations and application presentations at customer locations and remotely. Prepare technical proposals, application notes, product comparisons and solution recommendations. Firmware & Embedded Development Work with embedded platforms and microcontrollers/processors to integrate TFT displays and touch panels. Understand and troubleshoot communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I²C, RS232, RS485, CAN and USB. Develop, modify or debug firmware required for display and touch-panel integration. Understand display initialization sequences, timing parameters, controller IC configuration and communication protocols. Work with customers to debug display-related firmware and hardware issues. Experience with C/C++ and embedded development environments will be highly valuable. TFT Display & Touch Panel Specialization Develop strong technical expertise in: TFT LCD modules IPS and other display technologies CTP and RTP touch panels Display controller ICs Touch controller ICs Backlight systems and LED drivers Optical bonding and cover-lens solutions Display brightness, contrast, viewing angle and color performance Industrial-grade and high-brightness displays HDMI, RGB, LVDS, MIPI, SPI and UART displays Smart UART displays and HMI solutions Touch interfaces and touch-panel integration Custom display and touch solutions The candidate will gradually become a technical specialist in TFT Display & Touch Panel Solutions and will be expected to build strong knowledge of the complete display ecosystem. Product & Application Development Work with the internal engineering and product teams to develop customized display solutions. Evaluate new TFT, touch-panel and embedded-display technologies from suppliers. Assist in product selection, technical validation, sample testing and qualification. Create technical documentation, application guides, test reports and customer-specific technical proposals. Support product development from initial customer requirement through prototype, testing and production. Troubleshooting & Technical Support Analyze and resolve hardware, firmware, display and touch-related problems. Perform root-cause analysis of field failures and customer complaints. Coordinate with suppliers and internal engineering teams for technical resolution. Support EMI/EMC, environmental, reliability and application-level testing where required. Required Technical Skills B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field 4–6 years of relevant experience in electronics, embedded systems, FAE, application engineering or technical support Strong understanding of embedded hardware and firmware Good knowledge of C/C++ and microcontrollers Working knowledge of UART, SPI, I²C, RS232/RS485 and other communication interfaces Understanding of TFT LCD and touch-panel technologies Ability to read and understand circuit diagrams and datasheets Ability to use basic electronic test equipment such as multimeter, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Good technical communication and customer-handling ability Willingness to travel to customer locations when required Good to Have Experience with any of the following will be an advantage: STM32, ESP32, NXP, Renesas, TI or similar microcontrollers Linux/Android-based embedded systems Raspberry Pi or similar platforms MIPI DSI, LVDS or RGB interfaces HDMI display integration Touch controller configuration Embedded GUI/HMI development FreeRTOS or embedded Linux Display controller ICs Automotive, industrial, medical or consumer electronics applications PCB debugging and basic hardware design Oscilloscope and logic-analyzer based debugging Experience working with OEMs and electronics product manufacturers Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is technically curious, hands-on and willing to specialize.
